Ramón Beltrán is the Executive Secretary of the Citizen Council for Safety and Justice of Mexico City. He holds a degree in Business Administration and completed advanced management studies at the IPADE Business School. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Executive Management program at Columbia University in New York City. This extensive academic background has been the cornerstone of his professional trajectory, enabling him to bridge the corporate world, institutional representation, and civic engagement with a highly strategic and organizational vision.

Within the industrial sector, Mr. Beltrán is the founder and former President of the National Chamber of the Aluminum Industry (CANALUM). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in representing the aluminum sector during the USMCA (T-MEC) negotiations, bolstered institutional ties with government agencies, and advocated for policies that drive competitiveness, industrial growth, and job creation. His leadership was instrumental in positioning the Chamber as Mexico’s primary authority for the industry.

Complementing his public and institutional roles, he brings over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the aluminum industry. Currently, he serves as a Board Member of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of the United Mexican States (CONCAMIN), where he contributes to strategic analysis and decision-making aimed at advancing the nation's industrial development.
